Account Deletion

At GharBachat, we respect your privacy and provide customers with the option to permanently delete their account and associated personal information.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your GharBachat customer account through the following methods:

Through the GharBachat App

1. Open the GharBachat Customer App.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to Profile / Account Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the instructions to confirm your account deletion request.

Through the Website

If you are unable to access the application, you can request account deletion by contacting us through the Contact Us section of the GharBachat website.

2. What Happens After Account Deletion

• Your customer account will be permanently deleted or deactivated.
• Your personal profile information will be removed from our active systems.
• Saved addresses and other account-related information will be deleted where applicable.
• You will no longer be able to log in using the deleted account.
• You may need to create a new account if you wish to use GharBachat services again.

3. Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, taxation, or other legitimate business purposes.

4. Order and Transaction Information

Deleting your account does not necessarily mean that all historical order, payment, invoice, or transaction records can be immediately deleted. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, payment, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

5. Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after verification of the request. Additional verification may be required to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

6. Pending Orders or Services

If you have pending orders, refunds, disputes, or other ongoing services, these may need to be completed or resolved before your account can be fully deleted.
